COMMON QUESTIONS
Grade selection should consider the finished application, structure, grammage, printing process, finished size and required supply or converting format. In the approved product data, 1056D is a hard-structure grade at approximately 55 gsm and is commonly evaluated for wristband and ticket applications. This does not make it automatically suitable for every project. Please share your application and printing requirements so the material can be evaluated against your intended process.
Available grades differ in structure, grammage and their typical evaluation direction. These differences should be considered together with the printing process, converting method and finished application rather than treating one grade as universally better. Use the Compare Spunbond Grades section for an initial comparison, then provide your production and end-use requirements before confirming a grade for sampling or quotation.
Printing suitability cannot be confirmed from the grade name alone. It depends on the printing process, ink system, equipment, required print result and downstream converting. The current approved 1056D data does not provide a universal printing-method guarantee. Please send your printing process and intended application. A production-representative sample should be evaluated before the printing specification and bulk order are confirmed.
A 1056D sample can be requested for evaluation, subject to current sample availability. Please provide the intended application, printing process, required size and expected converting format. This helps the team review whether the available sample is relevant to your production test. Sample freight terms and sample dimensions are confirmed separately rather than assumed on the product page.
Supply format and converting availability must be evaluated against the requested specification and order requirements. Please provide the required width, finished size, preferred roll or sheet format, quantity and any converting requirements. YISHU will review the requested configuration before confirming availability. No universal maximum width or guarantee that every requested size is available is stated on this page.
Please identify 1056D if the grade has already been selected, then provide the intended application, printing process, required size or width, roll or sheet preference, converting requirements and estimated order quantity. Include the destination country or port when it is relevant to the quotation. If the grade is not yet confirmed, explain the finished-use requirement and use the Request a Quote form to ask for material-selection support.
